ZoPOS Introduction

GPS Based Tracking Solutions are provided either by way of Software Sales / Hosted - offsite/onsite or Shared and shall be subject to charges like User License, Hosting - onsite /offsite, AMC, Maintenance, Customization if any, other related costs as may be applicable and either released as a package or negotiated.

Even if there is a negotiated deal, the basic terms and conditions shall remain the same and specific deal and user / service provider related changes shall be applicable but within the basic terms and conditions. Any change in these terms shall be agreed in writing only and nothing shall be enforceable which is not agreed in writing and signed off by both and all related parties- In case any change in the basic terms and conditions as available on website and mobile application. Considering that the provisions have been permitted to exhibit the terms and conditions and agreement, the instance of using the services is permitted only after acceptance of the terms and conditions as part of the registration process. These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order placed or service provided by ZoPOS or associates/resellers and different Variants.

• Security Solution for Guards and other people for monitoring normal, abnormal and inactive movement. The people using will be as per their own contractual terms.
• Other Service Providers like Carpenter, Electrician, Plumber, Painter, Drivers, AC Technicians, Other gadgets technician agencies etc can be located, selected , seen their status, rates etc.
• Solution for Attending and assigning Complaints for Corporate/Household for correcting the machine and problem (add visit) (Palm Top shall to the best of efforts and intentions assure to give maximum uptime and keep the details if hosted with us or used a shared space, then secrecy of data. The people using will be as per their own contractual terms.
• Other solution like Courier Pick and Aggregation Solution for Courier Companies and E-tailers are also there as per fitment as and when required and from time to time and developed or customized. (Palm Top shall to the best of efforts and intentions assure to give maximum uptime and keep the details if hosted with us or used a shared space, then secrecy of data. The people using will be as per their own contractual terms.

All products/services of ZoPOS constitute an "invitation to offer". Your order for purchase constitutes your "offer" which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. ZoPOS reserves the right to accept or reject your offer at any time or under any circumstances.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

When you visit or use ZoPOS website, mobile application or send e-mails to us or give us your feedback, you are communicating with us electronically. Where the service user is paying and using license based services, the same shall fall under the Service User Category Terms. There shall be some common terms and some specific terms(as may be applicable and agreed). By Registering as Agency as User, Service Provider as Service Provider on visit to website and on downloading the Mobile Application from website or Playstore or Apple Store.
Service Level Agreements and Terms for Offsite, Onsite and Shared Usage are different and some of them are common.
Any agreement entered into in writing subsequent to agreeing , registering and using the services shall also form part of the Term and Conditions and Privacy Policy of ZoPOS Solutions.
As a Common Policy applicable all across the Solutions and Services, we as ZoPOS , Its Ownership Company, Management , Operating staff and shareholders/stakeholders are not employing any of the service providers. It is a solution and Service which shall be used by Individuals after proper verification documents and references. Users as sellers/service users shall be responsible for the final verification as we are not holding any information about the service provider and also not mediating or intermediating. The Solution and Service usage fee and charges as may be applicable from time to time shall be paid by users and charged for facilitation.
We shall make sure to share the process of registration in public domain on website. In case someone wants to understand and read /know and finds any shortcoming in the process - one may not use the services or suggest changes.
Accordingly, It will be sole responsibility of the Seller/Service Provider. User to further check / reconfirm the authenticity , reliability, dependability from other sources. Documents taken at the time of registration is also available for seeing. you can request for sharing the document before using any service provider in any of the category / account type.

These services and solutions are Mobile App Based.
This Terms and Conditions Agreement sets forth the standards of use of the ZoPOS.com services, solutions, products. By using the ZoPOS.com and its mobile applications website or a sub-domains you (the ”User and the service providers in any of the account type”) agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this website. ACCOUNT ON REGISTRATION

If you use ZoPOS, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and also you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. ZoPOS does sell/allow use of products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or otherwise. If you are under 18, you may use ZoPOS only with involvement of a parent or guardian or otherwise, ZoPOS has the right to cancel any order/user/account or service to the User either as a service provider or as a user. ZoPOS is associated with various business partners/resellers/representatives for offering the product as software product and solution directly to the users, service providers as customers. The settlement and on delivery, acceptance of order, selection of the delivery agent or on cancellation, ZoPOS Self employed / sponsored by a seller ZoPOS Service/Solution Agent will refund the total price of the Order to the User/seller shall refund or settle amongst themselves. SOFTWARE USE IS A TOOL AND FACILITATION PROCESS LEADING TO EASE OF DOING BUSINESS.
